Learn how builders price projects from start to finish: EOIs, tender planning, tender pricing, and handover. You’ll see how numbers drive decisions and why accuracy matters for winning jobs.
Work Health & Safety (WHS)
Master the essentials of staying safe and compliant on site: inductions, toolbox talks, pre-starts, plant safety, incident management, and emergency response planning.
Quality
Understand how to track and prove quality on site using ITPs, registers, non-conformance processes, and even managing concrete pours. You’ll learn to prevent issues before they become costly mistakes.
Project Administration
Get confident with the day-to-day paperwork and systems that keep projects running: document control, minutes, claims, variations, samples, and handover documentation.
Procurement
Build practical skills in tendering, interviewing subcontractors, preparing procurement schedules, and issuing contracts or POs. You’ll know how trades are engaged and locked in.
Construction Knowledge
Develop a working understanding of design and methodology across architectural, structural, and services (electrical, fire, hydraulic, mechanical) — so you can follow how projects come together on site.
